every time I power on my new HP Envy, it asks me to "choose your keyboard layout"  I have jpeg recovery software confirmed the US layout is chosen as default with no secondary layouts selected.  Still asks me every time.  Ideas?

To set a keyboard as your default keyboard, follow these steps:
 
a.
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap
Search.
