Automatically move varying number cells up to same row as non blank cell in column A

Column A has a non blank cell, column B beginning on the next row through column G are non blank cells proceeding down a varying number of rows.
Following this there is a varying number of blank rows ,then column H,I,J,K,L are non blank cells proceeding
down 4 rows.
How do I move columns H, I, J, K, L and following rows up to be on the same row as any non-blank cells in column A.
 
Samples:
A= 968
Next rows including columns B, C, D, E, F may or may not have info in them
Then a varying number of blank rows
Then columns H, I, J, K, L are non blank
Followed by 4 rows with H, I, J, K, L being non blank
i.e.
A        B        C        D       
E        F        G        H                 
I        J        K        L
