Here's the error I'm getting: "An internal error occurred in the Microsoft Internet Extensions." It appears that it is related to MSXML 5.0, which is part of Office 2003.
The website should launch an Active X notification in the browser asking to run the
Active X MSXML 5.0 but it doesn't always prompt.
It works on some computers but not others.
Focus on: "An internal error occurred in the Microsoft Internet Extensions and MSXML 5.0.
I have tried going to Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Custom level
--> Download Signed Active X Control (Prompt).
I have also tried resetting the IE settings to default and still no luck any suggestions? Note: The web browser is IE7 & 8, WinXP 2003, Adobe Reader 9.
