cannot download IE9 because of atdmt.com
Trying to install IE9 from microsoft.com.
I get the "IE8 cannot display the webpage" message.
Clicking on "Diagnose Connection Problem" reveals "view.atdmt.com is not set up to establish a connection on port on World Wide Web service (HTTP) with this computer".
I currently have atdmt.com redirected in my hosts file to 127.0.0.1.
Why does the IE9 install require a connection to atdmt.com at all? How do I install without access to atdmt.com?
