In the "All or part of the file name" box, type:"*.wab" (without the quotation marks).

Click the .wab file that you find.
On the File menu, click Rename.

Delete wab32.dll and wab32res.dll from C:\Program Files\Common Files\System
d.
Click Start -> Run, in the Open box type "msimn /reg" and then click OK.
e.
Click Start -> Run, type "regsvr32 "c:\Program files\Common Files\System \wab32.dll""
f.
Click Start -> Run, type "regsvr32 "c:\Program files\outlook express\oeimport.dll""
g.
Click Start -> Run, type "regsvr32 "c:\Program files\outlook express\wabimp.dll""
