Hi,
I've just bought a new pc running Win 7 Ultimate with 2GB of RAM.
I have just installed a further 4GB of RAM to allow my kids to play games better and also edit videos and everything is running fine, but the pc only says that it has the original 2GB.
How
do I make the pc recognise and use the additional RAM please?

If not, then its possible reason why its not seeing all 16 GBs of RAM is, either DIMMs not being seated properly or the motherboard having a few bent pins/not
