a strange password keeps coming up when I sign in it's not mine; it happened when I was asked to insert a "code" last week

I received a message in msn outlook to enter a code before I could sign in.  I called MSN and they walked me through it.  After that, when I go to sign into my MSN account, some strange password is already there.  It should be blank so I can type it in. 
Now MSN phone help will not help me. 

How can I get that out of there???
